Review of Hostinger
I have been using various hosting providers for many years. Recently I decided to try hostinger for the first time.
The hostinger website clearly advertised a 30-day money-back guarantee for all services. I canceled my hostinger service within the 30 days, but hostinger refused to refund me.
Key issues I experienced with hostinger:
Support is only AI robot chat, almost impossible to reach a human agent.
No clear refund button or instructions in the order page.
After hostinger canceled my service, they continued charging my card.
They later changed their refund policy page (I have screenshots).
This was my first and last time with hostinger. I will never use hostinger again.
Just want to share my experience so others can be more careful before purchasing from hostinger.
