Poké, Reimagined for the North
In August 2026, we opened our doors in Turku with a straightforward idea: take the Hawaiian poké concept and rebuild it using Nordic principles — daily-sourced proteins, zero artificial additives, and full transparency about what goes into every bowl.
Every bowl at Suomi Poké is assembled after you order. We receive our fish and proteins each morning, press juices in-house, and rotate seasonal toppings based on what is genuinely fresh that week. Pre-made trays sitting under heat lamps have no place here.
